Frigidaire FKCH17F7HWD, temperature panels not working, and feels warm?

noticed that the 2 temperature display on the bottom rack for controlling the temperature for this model stop lighting up, and notice all the food in the fridge unusually more warm then cold. it seems the temperature stopped working. what could cause this, this fridge was bought 10+years ago.
