iem mic has electric buzzing

i have a kz iem with a mic cable, i run it through a trrs extension cable, into a ugreen usb hub that takes trrs, so i can use my mic and audio. but the extension cable makes my mic buzz badly, google says i should get a ctia standard cable, but ive bought and tested so many things, i dont want to buy something that wont work. i just want to know if a trrs ctia standard cable will fix my problem with my iem mic
