MSc grad - what gets a CV through Novo Nordisk's screening?

I'm applying for process development / MSAT / manufacturing roles at and haven't made it past screening yet.

If you've been hired there as a recent grad, or have hired for these teams:

1. What made the CVs that got interviews stand out?
