How does PRC cases matters for NCLEX or abroad?

Good day sa lahat! Does the PRC cases during our SN days like OR-DR cases is very strict when applying for NCLEX? May number po ba ng cases na dapat ma-acquire before applying?

In my case, some cases yung date nila is beyond the targeted graduation date pero makukuha padin ang TOR and such. But when it comes to NCLEX or abroad, magiging problem daw siya and need ayusin. Just asking for confirmation if legit po ba talaga magiging problem.
