Terrified of labor

So im only 8 week's but I cant help but worry about the after math, I'll be a pain, it'll burn when I pee and my insides will be all wonky. I just dont know what to expect. Can anyone PLEASE give advice, tips, their own experiences please. It's always just wait for this trimester or this is the worst one and what to be prepared for that i hardly see anyone talk about the after math and yourself care!
