Feedback on Thomas Paul builder

I am getting a land and house package from Thomas Paul builder near maitland, any word of advice? I am also checking with my solicitor about the contract. They say that their price is higher and wait is longer because of their build quality. If anyone has any first hand experience with them, kindly share. It would be really helpful!
