Is the waitlist separated by country?

I'm currently on the waitlist. I live in Australia, but i'm moving to the United States at the end of this year for a couple years.

Ideally, I would've loved to get my hands on the frame, play with it for a couple months and then take it to the U.S.

if, by horrible luck, I get put on the reserve list when I move to the U.S, will valve be cool with me now being in a different country? or are they using the reserve frame from the Australian logistical supply?

I have no doubt I'll be given the 72 hours a day before flying out..
