Want to explore biology, any tips?

An engineer but bio was always my passion. I want to figure out how to learn stuff in depth, maybe neuroscience or biomechanics, organ functioning and how the full body works in a sync. Where do I start, how do I explore stuff and which books/resources I should read up? ​
