Itching

I'm so itchy all over and not sure if it's from the lamictal. I don't have any obvious rash but I am extremely itchy from head to toe. Benadryl did not help. I just left the er for an unrelated reason and told them about the itchiness there and they weren't concerned. For those who have had a rash, was this how it started out? I'm scared. I've been taking it for a month and a half.
