Chembra Peak on Sep 28 – How are the current weather & trail conditions?

We are planning to trek Chembra Peak, Wayanad on September 28 (Monday). We’ve already booked the trek through the official website.

I’ve been seeing reports of rain in Wayanad recently, so I wanted to check with people who are currently in Wayanad or have trekked Chembra recently.

Could you please help us with:

How has the rain been around Meppadi/Chembra over the past few days?

What are the current trail conditions – muddy/slippery or manageable?

Any recent firsthand experience from Chembra/Wayanad, especially from the last few days, would be really helpful.
