How do you keep up with all the content during K-pop comeback season?

Hello! I am here for help. Now I am running a small K-pop fan account on IG, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, mostly for 4th/5th gen girl groups.

During comeback season, there’s just SOOOO much footage. Livestreams, concerts, fancams, interviews, behind the scenes… I love watching it all, but finding the few moments actually worth turning into Shorts/TK is another story. I spend way too much time scrubbing through 2 to 3 hour livestreams trying to find that one funny or iconic moment. And if something blows up tonight but I only post it tomorrow, it already feels too late.

For anyone running a K-pop fan account, what’s your workflow during comeback season? How do you find good moments without spending hours searching?
