What’s an employee appreciation gift people actually liked?

I have a team of around 100 people and I’m planning an appreciation luncheon for the holidays.

We’ll already have food and recognition, but I’d like to give everyone something useful without spending a fortune or handing out cheap company swag.

For anyone who’s done this with a larger team, what gift actually went over well?
