Account Restricted and Support not replying

It's been over three weeks since Krak restricted my account because some one sent me money to my IBAN.

I have created ticket and sent them dozen of emails to support@krak.app. However they still haven't responded except for their dumb Ai bot wasting my time.

Is there any i can do? At this point I just want to withdraw my money, I don't even want the account anymore
