hedgehog loosing quills

Hi, I’ve adopted an african pet hedgehog 3 weeks ago. They gave up on the hedgehog because of a foot infection. The foot was already very damaged, I’ve followed the prescriped medication (antibiotics, antiinflammatory syrup, painkiller and something gastro protecting pill). The treatment lasted 2 weeks and I had to handle the hedgehog 2 times per day, so it was quite stressful for her. I also gave her stronghold spot-on (not a whole one). Also the change in the environment, I also washed her with plain outmeal bath since she had extremely dry skin. She still has.
In my opinion she looses way too much quills, at least 5 pcs / day, maybe more and I’m not sure if it’s normal, should I visit a vet or it happens because ot he stress, maybe because of the change in the weather.
She’s eating, active, using her wheel, so no change in her behavior.
