MagSafe charging speed through different case thicknesses

My anker maggo 2 pro arrived today. I want to compare how it fits with different case thicknesses before deciding whether to keep the case I have.

The options I’m looking at:

Apple silicone case

Spigen MagFit

A thick rugged case such as Otterbox

The questions are whether each case lets the pack sit properly and whether the case changes charging behavior. I haven’t tested those combinations yet, so I don’t have a speed ranking or wattage comparison.

I’d also want to distinguish initial charging behavior from a longer session. Different case materials may affect the comparison as well as thickness, which makes a simple thin-versus-thick result less useful on its own.
