I found out someone is using my Instagram posts to catfish people and I know them in real life

Background: There is a girl who I am acquainted with through my school. She requested to follow me, but since I don't accept friend requests unless I know the person for a while she started to pressure me. I did not give in to the pressure but a time when we needed to contact each other for school work but I did not want to give her my phone number so I accepted the request from her so we can message each other.

I saw she posts a lot of pictures on Instagram but they were inconsistent about the photo taking style and it would always be on stories for just 24 hours. Although I barely post my face, I post some pictures on things I saw and since I like to travel a lot I posted those things too. From my outfits, food, drinks, places, fun things, activities, etc. Typical teenage posts.

I am not online a lot there but I did notice her stories became less, and I barely look at people's highlights, so no alarm bells. A few times I would see her stories but other times I wouldn't even be able to look at the story even though I did see the red circle (it means she added something but when I click I wasn't able to and when I refreshed it was gone).

Turns out she was hiding her stories from me, which is why I would sometimes see the red and sometimes nothing at all. She would screenshot my story and then post it into hers. We don't share friends but I found out because she forgot to hide that story from me. She did not wait for the 24 hours.

I am far away now and I don't know what to do. I'm thinking about removing her however I don't know to what extent her lies go. I want to know how long she did it and for what reason. She travels too so this is not about her missing out but our traveling style are different. Her style is mostly parties and friend hangouts.

I don't know what I am even asking for. Maybe what would you do for some ideas.
