Random increase in pooping

my 6 week old has consistently only pooped once a day every other day since birth with the exception of like 2 days. today she went 3 times within like 4 hours. almost 20-30 minutes after each bottle. it was very watery and runny too. is this just a normal change? Her doctor said it could just be a normal change but to monitor it and her wet diapers. now I feel like I’m obsessing over how many wet diapers she’s had today. anyone had a random poop day like this before? maybe this is her new normal. I’m just worried she’s going to go after every bottle for the rest of the day and never get full or get dehydrated
