Do you think Trump will still be causing trouble after 2029?
Assuming Trump is still alive by then, do you guys think he’ll actually fade away once his presidency is over in 2029?
I’ve been worrying about this lately. Even when Biden was president, Trump was still constantly in the news and seemed to have a pretty big influence on the Republican Party and American politics in general.
I kind of have a hard time imagining him just retiring and quietly disappearing from the political scene. I could see him continuing to do rallies, endorse candidates, post on social media, give interviews, etc. basically just continuing to be Trump even without being president.
And if JD Vance ends up becoming president in 2029, I wonder if that would make it even more likely that Trump remains influential within the GOP/MAGA movement.
