Recommend me a belt?

I am currently dealing with the age-old problem of keeping my pants up. I used to wear military-style belts (because they don't have holes,) but I don't care for the look of them. Any recommendations for belts in the range of 22"-24"? (I'd like a belt that can be worn as both a waist-belt and a trouser belt.)

I like brown leather and classic styles, but I'm not especially picky if the size is right. Even just general brand recommendations would be appreciated.
