Was the phrase Remote-Viewing (RV) really coined by Hal Puthoff and Russell Targ?

I thought that the term was coined by Ingo Swann coined the phrase around 1971-1972 in New York at the American Society for Psychical Research (ASPR), with the support of Janet Mitchell, Karlis Osis, and Gertrude Schmeidler; but I heard that Hal and Targ have made a claim too. Also, if I remember correctly, Ingo originally referred to a specific kind of controlled experiment, not to an innate faculty. But then later methodologies like CRV, ERV, etc. inherited the name while changing the procedures. Is there evidence to support Swann?
