Retreat welcoming ceremony ideas

Hi!! I was wondering if anyone has any good welcoming ceremonies they’ve attended or done that resonated well with retreat attendees? I’m a bit lost here and have been to a few I didn’t love and am now hosting my own retreat and want it to be useful, special, fun, and memorable.
