I’m scared and I don’t know what to do

I have been housebound since the end of 2024 due to chronic fatigue and a host of other chronic symptoms including headaches, brain fog, dry nose and burning eyes. I also have an anxiety disorder.

The room I sleep in has no visible mold. But along the walls and roof of the room (attic room), there are very noticeable stripes running down. Also, when I don’t leave my window open it starts smelling musty. An inspector came over and told us there’s no mold and those spots were moisture, but we didn’t have to do anything.

I can’t help but be anxious about the fact I might have some hidden mold inside of the roof or walls which is causing my symptoms. I have no resources to do further testing or move to a different house let alone a different room. I’m making myself crazy by telling myself what if there is black mold behind these walls and I’m slowly killing myself. It’s driving me crazy and I don’t know what to do…
