Should i buy an 06 hyundai tuscon?are they reliable?

as the title states, i would like to buy a 2006 hyundai tuscon limited. it has the 2.7 v6, 84k miles, maintenance records with hyundai dealerships including oil changes every 3k miles. some maintenance done recently includes Ball joints) replaced
Catalytic converter replaced
Front exhaust pipe replaced
Power steering fluid flushed/changed
Power steering hose(s)/line(s) replaced
Power steering pump replaced
Rack and pinion replaced (second time)
Resonator replaced
owner says timing kit was done too but carfax does not reflect that**

idk if it means anything but it was assembled in the Ul-San plant in south korea

i need a car that i do not have to put a lot of money into, i need to make it for school and appointments.
