Pleasantly surprised but also confused about 2 tracking numbers

For a special occasion, I ordered Riley's Vixen Fleshlight and the Universal Launch. I received 2 tracking numbers and an email stating that the Vixen collection is made to order. Unfortunately the second tracking number is still waiting and it's impossible for it to arrive in time.

I just received part 1 and to my surprise, Riley is waiting inside the package. This made me so happy, I don't even care that the package looks like it has been kicked around. And her box art has been damaged.

But I still have another package apparently. Has anyone else received a ghost tracking number? Do you think I'll get a second Riley? If I email Fleshlight will they replace the box art?
