Need gift ideas for wealthy SIL.

I'll keep it short. My SIL immigrated from the Philippines when she was very young, and has worked hard to build the American dream. Within the last three or so years she has become extremely wealthy.

She is very down to earth but I don't spend a ton of time with her as they live in a different state. My problem is I have no idea what to get someone who can literally buy anything they desire.

When I ask my brother he doesn't really give a lot of suggestions.

What would be a good Xmas gift for her?
