how to shift to gyro

So i started playing PUBG since launch and I got consistent after the release of bgmi, I only played the game for fun so I never knew about something like gyro, I was a non gyro for a very long time I got to know about something like gyro in 2022 1 year after bgmi release the thing is I never really cared enough to shift to gyro, rn im still non gyro 60fps player I can do peeks, crouch and jump, fpp and almost everything quickly and altogether if needed. The only places I lack are very long range sprays, In the training ground my non gyro spray does very well even in midrange It's good but I can't land good bursts and no recoil spray like the eSports player. My tracing isnt much good I can take players down like 1-2 but not anymore than that

About my kd and stuff previous season it was 6+ in around 250 matches.

I always come back to non gyro if I ever try to shift cus I really wonder if ill actually improve as whenever I try to shift the first thing I notice my aim isnt stable like before and I can't do good in close range like I did in non gyro. Pretty confused how to hold the phone as well
