Here's the current lore

Whilst going back home from college, Jonathan noticed a pristine higher level exoskeleton left in a alleyway (similar looking to Kayden Troy's from Examination). Him being him he took this exoskeleton home and wore it simply because he needed to lift heavy things a lot for work.

Unbeknownst to him, this exoskeleton was used in Heavywarp Industries, a prestigious science facility that specialized in Quantum Physics and various things. At the time, Heavywarp was expermenting with getting miniature black holes and magnetars stable enough to study them. However, a miniature magnetar caused a violent explosion, in which heavy radiation and magnetar particles covered the exoskeleton, due to damage control the exoskeleton was disposed of in a alleyway.

When he had the exoskeleton, radiation was bent so fiercely by the magnetar particles that they ended up causing heavy cellular change in Castrel's cells, leading him to end up 1,000,000,000x stronger than a peak powerlifter and in comparison to a viltrumite 10,000x stronger. Stray magnetar particles resided in his body, giving him flight by the strong magnetic fields. Now the exoskeleton limits his full power. One of his best feats is shattering a neutron star, although he has done much more (im not finished with his lore still).

your OC sees Jonathan Castrel sitting at the pier of a lake, how would they react?
