47 [M4F] #Ohio #Midwest Looking for a fellow gamer friend that could possibly lead to more.
Not even positive that I'll get a response here but worth a shot I guess.
About me: I'm 47, no kids, never married. Small town Ohio born and raised, been living around the Dayton area since I went to college there. I have a stable job in IT/Information Security. Got RTO'd last year, but have access to reddit and discord on and off throughout the day. In December-ish I will be moving to a different position that allows me to work from home 3-4 days a week which will be awesome.
I'm also firmly in the plus-sized category. Been trying to work on that, but you know how that goes. My biggest pet peeve are those flimsy white plastic lawn chairs, you know the ones I'm talking about. Personality wise, I'm usually very shy and introverted but you'll know I like you when I start talking too much about anything that comes to mind. I'm very laid back, its almost impossible to get me truly upset about something, and almost impossible to really offend me. I would consider myself nerdy too. I've been a computer guy since I was old enough to type, turns out it makes for a good career too. Makes it easy to go to work when its something you actually like doing.
I'm typically a homebody, but will go out if my friends can convince me to do so. I love a good movie. I'll watch just about anything that I can find. Sci-fi, historical dramas, and action movies are probably my top 3 genres. But again, I'll watch anything, especially when cuddled up with someone. I'm also a gamer like you. I have an embarrassing amount of hours in World of Warcraft, Factorio and Minecraft. I'm terrible at FPS games but will play them. Actually I'll play just about anything if there's someone to play with. I have a group of online friends that have played games together for over 15 years. We try to do a yearly IRL get together every year and thats been fun. I also follow sports passively, and by that I mean I watch my teams games, or keep track of how they're doing, but I'm not glued to the couch every weekend with a game on 24/7. At most I might have a game of interest on in the background while I do other things.
Anyway, this is getting pretty long for an intro paragraph. Any shy plus-sized gamer ladies out there? I guess I'll find out.
I'm also willing to send a pic if you are. Hope to hear from you soon.
