How do you contact NAIT now?

I'm trying to get in contact with NAIT to get them to send my transcripts over to Athabasca, but there's no way to email student services. And before anyone says use MyCreds for access to my transcripts. I don't want access to them, I want them to send it to Athabasca.
Why has NAIT made it so hard to contact them now?
