For those struggling with DFY Vending, my experience so far...
Hello Vendors,
I was made aware of of DFY Vending late 2025/early 2026. I was a big fan of tcgs and looking to finally invest in a business I could own and operate in the hopes of becoming financially independent. Unfortunately, as many of you know, that would not end up happening. My initial investment was 64,000$ for 2 Neko Drop Machines. My point of contact was a guy named Wenzel. After about 5 months of waiting and weekly meetings I was ready to request a refund and try something else. But Wenzel had dropped off the face of the earth. After 3 weeks of trying someone finally informed me that Wenzel had been let go, and referred me to someone else. They ghosted me and I assume they were fired like everyone else. Then I got the email many of you received as well.
I knew they weren't going to return my money at this rate, but I had to try. I hired a lawyer licensed both in my state of Colorado and the registered state of DFY Florida, Martin J. Champagne Jr. We sent a letter to the DFY address and one to their registered lawyer. The one to the lawyer was received, but the one sent to DFY was sent back as that was apparently a co-working space they left. The demand letters have gone unanswered. We could try to sue, but the lawyer says its incredibly likely the account I wired the money to has been emptied as they are no longer operating. We could try and sue Ben Pirie, we could garnish his accounts and pursue whatever assets he has. He does have an unusual last name so a skip-trace may be successful at locating him; however, it’s unclear if he has any assets to satisfy a judgment.
What he recommended we do is file a complaint with your local and Florida state attorney generals. If enough people complain they could peruse criminal charges against them. If more people are willing to contribute a class action suite could be possible as well.
That's my experience. I've seen people on the forum ask and have questions about what to do about DFY Vending and I wanted to share my experience. If anyone has any more advice or anything, please feel free to comment.
