Soldering with shaky hands?

I find myself in my 70's now with shaky hands trying to solder tiny delicate stuff. Any tips out there for this dilemma?

I've tried using a small vice, one of those helping hand things, tape and tweezers but still struggle sometimes holding the iron with one hand and holding solder in the other hand.
