Followed home from gas station

(25M) It was a little past 3pm when I stopped by the 7/11 near my house otw back from work today. When I got home (parked on the street) a guy pulled up right next to me with his window down, holding some cash, and signaling me to roll down the window.

Thinking back I’m fairly certain I saw his car at the 7/11 as I was leaving, he stuck his hand out the window and signaled something then as well but I ignored it as I figured it was for someone else.

When I rolled down my window he asked a few vague questions like if I had/wanted something? I don’t remembered them exactly, I was confused, weirded out, and a little high from a pen I hit as I was pulling up to my house. I asked him a few times to clarify what he was saying or what he wanted but he never gave me a straight answer, and eventually I said “no I’m good” enough times for him to leave.

Does anyone have any idea what he could have been implying? Did he think I was selling drugs or sex or something? What could have possibly given him that impression? I saw his car for half a second leaving the gas station, never saw him or acknowledged him in any way.

I’m also a little worried that he knows where I live now, idk if I should be but it was just such a weird interaction. I wouldn’t have pulled up to my house if I had noticed him following me.
