HELP! on hold for 3+ hours stranded at hotel.Super took our money and didn't pay the hotel. No help from chat or phone support!

This is absolutely ridiculous. Waited an hour on hold, transferred to specialist and now on hold an additional to 2 hours. We booked this reservation at 1:20 pm and realized the issue at 3:10 and STILL no resolution. Please help us resolve this! I feel our next step is to post about this issue ( with documentation) all over social media.
