Wish webmd told me about drug test. Do I have to wait to get my prescription?

In my state I guess it’s required for taking subs and I ordered the test but really want to start my prescription.. I’ve been waiting almost 3 days and haven’t heard anything from the Pharmacy. Anyone deal with this? I believe I will get the first weeks medicine without doing the test.. Frustrating
