[M4F] A tourist and a gold digger

Will looked at the boxes strewn around with excitement. It had been under planning for quite some months now, but the 19 year old had finally stepped foot in the country. He recalled the multiple hours that had gone into planning for the language school, the to-do list that was on its 5th iteration, the moments of panic when the visa didn't arrive on the exact day it was expected and so many more. All of that was behind him now, since he was already in the country. Will had sent some of the luggage beforehand, using some luggage forwarding service, which he received once he got to his hotel.

Well, a hotel would be the wrong word, since it was more individual rooms and some common spaces. A sharehouse. The 19 year old quickly dove into unpacking, setting up the bare and empty room. There were sounds of cardboard being torn, of tape being yanked, a couple thuds from time to time as a box or a container fell to the floor, all of it being done with the door slightly ajar.

Before he knew it, someone had gotten tired of the noise. "Sonna õsawagi wa yamete kudasai!!"- A voice called out, followed quickly by a head peeking in through the open door. "Oh, you white. Why are you making so much noise..." The person had realised Will wouldn't understand a word of what she said earlier, and so switched to English.

Will was startled at the sudden voice, quickly looking up in the middle of pulling some clothes out. "Oh... Sorry. Uhh... Right English is fine. Uhh .. I was just unpacking. The company seems to have wrapped it up in layers of cardboard and tape, so it's getting a bit messy. Sorry, I'll try to keep it down".

The person standing in the doorway seemed to be a woman, somewhat older than Will himself. She looked at the boxes curiously.

"Oh those are usually expensive. You sure are ready to splurge..." She commented huffily. Will just shrugged to that. "Ehh, it didn't feel that expensive to me..."

The woman frowned at the answer, before rolling her eyes. "Of course. Tourist money. You guys have dollars and euros and what not, so obviously it's cheap. Why are you staying in a sharehouse? Just stay in a hotel for a week".

"Oh, I thought sharehouse would be better, since I want to stay for like 2-3 months. The hotel would feel too congested, right...?" Will spoke up. The woman was surprised when she heard of the duration.

"That's pretty long. Your girlfriend is fine with that?" She prodded, trying to appear casual.

Will just shook his head. "I don't have one. Just wanted to visit the place for many years now, and finally can..." He shrugged.

The woman's eyes seemed to sparkle at the words. She slipped in through the door, making sure to close it this time. "Ah, welcome. Well, let me help you unpack?" She offered in a friendly manner, trying her hardest to hide the many ideas going through her head.

Hey there! I'm looking to play out a scenario between a 19 or so years old guy, and a somewhat older woman. The guy would be visiting a different country for a relatively long duration, and the woman would be one of the residents in the sharehouse he would choose. Seeing that the guy is staying for that long, and seems naive, the woman would want to take advantage of him and his foreign currency.
