Is this normal? Im worried!

My puppy is a 8 week old sheepdog and he isnt peeing much I think. Is that normal? He had one long pee outside aroun 5 pm and then that was it. He likes to sleep too. He eats a little bit and drinks water and loves to play, is very active, but I notice when I take him out I dont actually see him squatting to pee much. I just see him playing in the grass lol. Should I be concerned? Is there such a thing as micropeeing with small puppies where maybe he is leaking while he plays outside? Because Im rather concerned if he really just peed that one time. Please help!

Ps: took him to the vet today just for his first wellness visit. I didnt mention this issue to the vet at the time it didnt come to my head, but the doctor said he is perfectly healthy and normal.
