They were joking but dry-erase marker really DOES erase permanent marker on a whiteboard!

I write on my whiteboard with a fine-tipped sharpie, and when I need to erase it, I take a regular dry erase marker, draw a solid shape overtop of the whole area I want to erase, fill it in, then wipe it off and it works perfectly. No rubbing alcohol needed :)
