Multiple Duo on 1 account.

I’m looking at the possibility of getting 3 iPhone Duo. I have EIP to cover 1 and about 90% of the second. Now for the third, I’ll pay 100%. My question is, will I get the full promo trade in monthly credit for this phone I pay for outright? Will it also be able to be unlocked after 40 days?
