I just want this to stop

I have this problem where just nobody but maybe a few people talk to me maybe a few people every now and then will reach out to me and ask how I'm doing but then I respond snd they just leave me wondering where they went and it's just like nobody wants to talk to me and i dont know ahat to do about it anymore no matter how i act or what I say nothing ever changes and it keeps happening with everyone that I meet I just feel like I was born to be alone for my entire life people just keep leaving me to be the one who always reaches out first and it's like they want me to just act happy all the time because when it seems like when I tell people how I actually feel they just pretend to care or they just get all defensive and stuff like I don't know what else I have to do anymore
