I worked as a CNA in a SNF and this LVN, asked me if I wanted to go to school so I told her i am actually planning to go (private school, BSN), actually i lied i was already in the program. Anyway, she straight up told me “I know a lot of students coming from private schools and they don’t know shit on the floor. They just “paid” to get their license.”

And even on my clinical (fundamentals- assisted living), the LVNs are so mean even though me and my classmates trying to help out as much as possible. I never encountered a mean RN yet lol so is this common behavior?
