Hello returning player here🙋🏻

I stopped playing WTM about 1 ½ years ago, mainly because mainly I think the servers are packed and have no dedicated servers per region, which causes me to lag so much (I'm from the Philippines). So I'm coming back to this game and want to know what's changed.
