WIBTA Am I crazy for wanting to end a relationship that is perfect except for sex?

NTA

I’m a 25-year-old woman and my partner is 39. We’ve been together for about a year and three months.
Apart from one issue, everything between us is really great. We get along extremely well, he’s my best friend, he understands me, supports me, and I feel like we have a genuinely good relationship. It’s not that things are bad outside the bedroom or that I’m looking for an excuse to leave. Quite the opposite. That’s exactly why I’m struggling so much with this decision.
We are, however, completely sexually incompatible.
Since we’ve been together, he hasn’t made me orgasm even once. I’ve tried talking to him about it, but it’s a very embarrassing subject for him. At one point he told me that he simply doesn’t want to have children, but I feel like there might be more to it than that. I don’t want to pressure him because I can see that it’s a difficult subject for him.
We have sex very rarely, and when we do, it’s simply not very good for me. He seems to enjoy it and is satisfied with our sex life.
In my previous relationships, I had partners who were much more experienced and knew what they were doing. They understood what I liked and how I liked it. I enjoy intense, rougher, somewhat hardcore sex. With my current partner, even when I can see that he is genuinely trying and doing everything he knows how to do, it still doesn’t come close to what I need.
The bigger problem is that I’ve practically stopped being sexually attracted to him because of this. More and more often, I don’t want to have sex with him because I already know what it’s going to be like. I’ve started avoiding intimate situations instead of looking forward to them.
And this is where I’m really struggling.
On one hand, I have a person I genuinely love, trust, and enjoy spending my life with. He’s my best friend and, in almost every other aspect, our relationship is exactly what I would want.
On the other hand, I feel like the lack of sexual compatibility is slowly killing my desire for him altogether.
I don’t know whether it’s possible to build a happy long-term relationship when one person is deeply unhappy with the sex life, even if everything else is genuinely great.
Am I crazy for considering ending the relationship because of sex? Can sexual incompatibility be a valid enough reason to leave, even when everything outside the bedroom is almost perfect?
I’d especially like to hear from people who have been in a similar situation, whether you stayed or left. Were you eventually able to accept the lack of sexual compatibility, or did the frustration only get worse over time?
