NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060

I've been having issues with my screen, I know it's not the monitor as it's been flickering across different monitors, I checked event viewer and nothing related to my issue seems to be there. At first it was very quick and subtle black flash, now it's a white flash that distorts the colors of my taskbar, I tried restarting Windows Explorer but it still continues. Just trying to see if anyone's been going through the same thing as me, I'm on the latest driver update.
