My grandmother had a heart attack tonight.

I know that at my age of almost 35yo that I am incredibly lucky to still have a living grand parent. In my case it's my dad's mom. She's 94 and seriously the most unique person you will ever meet. She's probably been the most influential person in my life. Tonight, she had a heart attack where she lives, 500 miles away from where I live. They already sent her the Cath lab and put in a stent. She's doing so much better then she should be.

But damn, I'm a straight up mess. I can't imagine my life with out her. I named my daughter after her, I have her handwriting tattooed on my arm.

Tonight may not have been THE night, but I've never been so terrified to lose someone.
