is there some kind of explicit/implicit rule that contestants aren't allowed to drop explosive info-bombs after getting voted out?

i consider myself a pretty comprehensive fan of survivor and in all of my years i can't remember an instance of someone getting voted out and spitefully revealing info about remaining players. ie "____ has an idol!" or "____ lied about blah blah blah"

it seems like something that someone in a pretty low emotional state could do impulsively in an act of revenge. but to my knowledge it's never happened. anyone have any insight on this or could you provide a time that someone did something like it?
