No extra pay for 6-7 periods of teaching

Another sub just showed me a forwarded email she has received from the payroll secretary from sub central that subs aren’t entitled to extra pay if you work 6-7 periods of teaching as long as you have exactly 1 lunch and 1 prep.

Did this change recently?

Also idk if I ever got extra pay for 6 periods of teaching I’ve done in the past in the DOE.
