Pcos?

Anyone else diagnosed w pcos and pmdd? Do u feel like it makes either condition worse? Does anyone know what the relationship is between the two? Are they connected at all?

Since getting diagnosed w pcos i feel like things have been much more intense, not to mention the insane threat of weight gain interacting with crazy cravings. Im so fucking exhausted
