Passport request delay. Any advice 😕?

Has anyone waiting for passport request whose spouse already received the ecopr?

Spouse received ecopr inland on June 23 and still the Outland spouse waiting for passport request?

Contacted ircc via webform and MP request no useful updates from ircc. Any other suggestions to get/ speed up the processing?
