“We are currently facing an unprecedented rescheduling demand”

I normally am quite satisfied with the care I have received, so this isn’t a post to just bash Kaiser.

My ophthalmology appointment for today was cancelled in Elk Grove, CA this morning and they gave me a phone number to call and reschedule.

I have been on hold now listening to the same music and that message for 30 minutes and counting, with no way to leave my number for a callback nor a way to reschedule online.

If anyone from Kaiser happens to read this, a few extra options instead endlessly listening to this music would be nice.
