Aviclear with Isotretinoin

Hi! I just had my AviClear treatment earlier today, combined with a 1064-nm Nd:YAG laser. My dermatologist also instructed me to take 10 mg of isotretinoin every other day.
Has anyone here tried this combination as well? How did it go for you?
